What We Offer

The Wellness Center at Lutheran Manor of the Lehigh Valley aims to keep our residents healthy and happy. The two-story wellness center offers a full service salon, community room complete with stained glass windows, a game room with a shuffleboard table, a laundry room with 18 machines and a fully equipped fitness center.

Stay Fit

We have a full time Fitness Specialist who is available to assess your skills, help you set goals, and create an individualized program for you to follow. You may make recurring appointments or use the center at your own convenience between 5 am and 11 pm. We have a full schedule of classes from Monday through Friday.

  • 3 are used in rehabilitative settings
• 9 pieces of pneumatic strength equipment which uses air pressure instead of heavy weights
• 1 pneumatic strength machine perfect for those in a wheel chair
• Light hand weights and resistance bands
• Multiple pieces of equipment used for balance
• An indoor track around the perimeter of the gym
• A Stretch Zone with pictures and descriptions of 14 easy stretches
• Plenty of seating in the classroom
  • Each chair offers attached resistance bands and foam handles for balance
• 4 High Definition TV's
  • 1 in the classroom for further educational experience
• Cleaning stations and plenty of benches for rest
• A salt-water fish tank to observe when you relax during your breaks!
